Resort Description

Interlaken is nestled against the breathtaking backdrop of the Jungfrau mountain range. The ski resort is approx 40 minutes away easily reached by train or ski bus which picks up throughout the resort.(free if you have a lift pass)

If you want a ski holiday thats a little skiing and a little village life then this may just be the resort for you - as it often offers good value skiing in Switzerland.

The ski areas served by Interlaken are Grindelwald, Wengan and Murren - so you can choose which area you ski each day.

Away from skiing Interlaken offers a variety of activites such as snow shoeing, sleigh rides, horse riding and winter hikes as well as swimming pool and sauna. Interlaken provides an excelant base to discover Switzerland using the excellent rail system to visit Bern, Lucerne or Jungfraujoch.
