Resort Description

La Rosiere lies high above the Tarantaise valley in France, with breathtaking views of the majestic surrounding mountains. The area links to La Thuile in Italy, so you have the opportunity to ski in two countries!

La Rosiere, with its sunny skiing and excellent snow record, is suitable for all standards of skier. Beginners make quick progress under expert, good value tuition on the wide open pistes. The resort is ideal for intermediates who want to clock up some mileage. Difficult runs in the international ski area, plus patrolled off-pistes opportunities, will excite more experienced skiers. The interesting terrain will test snowboarders.

Theres vibrant and quiet aprs-ski in the traditional French village. The restaurants serve a wide variety of dishes to suit all palettes.

La Rosieres non-ski activities include guided tours to the craft village of Seez, beautiful walks, dog-sledding, paragliding and a fitness centre.

La Rosiere offers every ingredient for a wonderful holiday and is especially suitable for families.
