Resort Description

Flaine is often overlooked by British skiers in favour of its larger neighbours yet it is often some of the best skiing in France.

Flaine is part of the Grand Massif ski area in the Haute Savoie with over 265km of dazzling ski runs. Lying in a vast open bowl the resort is renowned for excellent snow conditions and plenty of sunny days.

Flaine is a compact purpose-built village on two levels Flaine Forum and Flaine Foret thease two areas are linked by a free funicular that operates all day and night.

Apres ski is informal with a good choice of reasonably priced bars and restaurants to choose from. Off the slopes the resort offers an indoor pool, ice scating, ice driving circuit, hand-gliding and skidoos.
