Nestling in beautiful tree-lined French scenery, sophisticated Courcheval is one of the world’s most famous and prestigious and ski resorts.Courcheval has an excellent snow record and is part of the Three Valleys ski area, giving you 600K of high altitude pistes to explore! The varied sweeping runs are especially suitable for intermediate level skiers; whilst the more advanced can race down some of Europe’s steepest couloirs. There are plenty of nursery slopes for beginners and the snow park is great fun for snowboarders.
Courcheval comprises of four linked villages; 1350, 1550, 1650 and 1750 and each one has a distinct atmosphere and buzzing night life all of its own. The high class restaurants serve a range of tempting, mainly French, cuisine.
Chic designer boutiques make Courcheval a shoppers’ paradise! Skating, ice hockey, tobogganing, climbing and bowling will also keep you thoroughly entertained. Alternatively, take in the panoramic alpine view by hand gliding or hot air ballooning. You can even cheer on the teams at a local ice hockey match! Or for a more relaxing experience, sit back and enjoy a classical concert.
