Resort Description

St Wolfgang is a lakeside resort that offers skiing in the winter - this skiing however is a 30minute bus ride away. This resort is great for beginners, those that dont want a full weeks skiing as there is lots of other activites to do and also those that are on a budget as thsi resort often offers great late deals,

St Wolfgang is set right in the heart of the Austrian Lake District and provides a spectacular setting for a ski holiday. Perfect for a learn to ski week as prices are very competative and also for exploring the local area as Salzburg is only an hour away.

Other activites include guided walks, cross country skiing, operarra evenings, bowling, curling, skating on the frozen lake , sleigh rides, snowshoe walks, thermal baths in Bad Ischl, and baloon rides.

Apres ski is varied and there is a good choice of friendly local bars, pubs and cafes as well as a good selection on restaurants
