Resort Description

Set in the provinve of Salzburgerland this ski area is renowned for its excellent range of pistes and efficient lift system which connects Saalbach to Hinterglemm. On good powder days you will also find a good amount of off piste through the trees but a local guide would be advisable for this adventure.

Saalbach is a great ski resort with an attractive village centre, livley atmosphere and the area has an excellant snow record as well as some wonderful sun traps.

Saalbach is a great mixed ability resort which caters well for beginners and intermediates whith a learn to ski pack being very reasonably priced.

Apres ski is lively and the resort has a great reputation for its varied and friendly nightlife, with a good number of bars and restaurants catering for all tasts.
