The Austrian village of Kaprun lies beneath the shimmering Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, in the breathtaking Hohe National Park.

Part of the Europa Sport Region, Kapron offers high altitude skiing, guaranteed snow and a range of pistes to suit all standards. Beginners progress rapidly with excellent tuition and a selection of nursery slopes to practise on. An incredible range of descents will challenge intermediates, whilst speeding down some difficult routes will exhilarate accomplished skiers. Kaprun is one of Europes leading snowboard destinations, regularly playing host to competitions.

Theres bustling aprs-ski in the lively bars and also quaint, rustic venues if you prefer a quieter evening. Local and international cuisine is served in over twenty five restaurants.
