Resort Description
Finkenberg is a traditional village set high in the Tux Valley just above Mayrhofen. It was the home town of one of Austrias best known skiers Leonhard Stock (Olympic Gold Medalist 1980) and even today you could still catch a glimps of hime skiing in the Zillertal area.If you want a picture postcard village with great skiing and easy acess to the whole area then Finkenberg is a great choice for your Austrian ski holiday.
Apes is quite low key but there is a good choice of great places to eat out. Away from the slopes you can also enjoy activites such as ice skating, curling, tobogganing, paragliding,bowling, winer walks to name a few.
