Resort Description

Alpbach one of Austrias most picturesque resorts, with its idyllic, pine-shrouded winter landscape.

The wide nursery slopes and ski school with English speaking instructors, set beginners off to an excellent start. Alpbach is an intermediates paradise, with amazing views from the long, tree-lined runs. A selection of difficult pistes and challenging off-pistes terrain will excite the advanced. Alpbach is a snowboarders playground and the resort recently hosted the ISF World Pro Tour!

Alpbachs aprs-ski has an informal, relaxed atmosphere. You can experience authentic Austrian culture at the Tyrolean evenings held in some of the cosy bars! The restaurants serve speciality local and international cuisine.

Alpbach village retains its traditional character and charm and you can enjoy browsing for souvenirs in the interesting shops. Why not join an excursion to Salzburg, Innsbruck or the romantic town of Rattenberg, famous for its glass engraving? An enchanting evening sleigh ride will certainly be memorable! Swimming and tobogganing are also available.

Alpbach is a holiday wonderland, offering great skiing and a varied choice of activities, in a beautiful setting.
