Resort Description
The lively French village of Soldeu has a Spanish Catalan feel and enjoys panoramic views from the Andorran Pyrenees. The resort has enjoyed developments in recent years, both on and off the slopes.Soldeu is linked to Pas de la Casa and is part of the Grand Valira area, creating access to 200K of high altitude pistes. Recently voted best in Europe, the ski school, with its many English speaking instructors, makes Soldeu excellent for beginners. There are a wide range of slopes for intermediates and interesting off-piste opportunities for the more competent. Soldeu is a snowboarder’s playground! The area hosts international events and has a dedicated park, complete with sound system.
Soldeu is noted for its lively, relaxed après-ski and live music plays in many of the bustling bars and clubs. The restaurants serve traditional Catalan and international dishes for you to try.
Take the chance to relax at The Sport Spa & Wellness Centre. Soldeu’s other non-ski activities include ice-skating, dog-sledding, swimming and squash.
