Resort Description
Arinsal, set high in the Andorran Pyrenees, enjoys long sunny days and tree-lined scenic runs. Its recent link with Pal has opened up access to a much larger ski area and a greater variety of terrain.Wide, confidence boosting runs, with excellent tuition in English, make Arinsal unbeatable for beginners. Some long runs will challenge intermediates and the more advanced will relish the opportunity to compete in slalom racing! A snowboarding park with music playing has jumps and bumps to set the adrenalin pumping.
The après-ski is lively and friendly, in small bars that open late into the night and sell drinks at duty free prices! A great selection of restaurants serve mostly French and Catalan specialities.
Make sure you leave time to take advantage of the duty-free shopping and for a trip to the Caldea Water Spa Roman Baths. Other non-ski activities include tobogganing, bowling and quiz evenings.
Arinsal is a great choice for couples and families who want to discover winter sports, in a hospitable atmosphere, at value for money prices.
